• Enter your log in name and password

>the control panel - Add Listings

• Click on the Add Listings icon in the Control panel

- Add a new listing form (beginning part)
1. Image file - to add the listings main image
2. Listing type - Choose from 4 different types:
   • For Rent/Commercial
   • For Sale/Commercial
   • For Rent/Residential
   • For Sale/Residential
3. Property type - choose your property type (Apartment, Condo, House, Single family home, land, business, and many more)
4. Style - If applicable you can choose the property style
5. Description - Add your property description here

- Add a new listing form (ending part)
• Rich list of features and appliances to choose from
• Additional Out Buildings
• Appliances Included
• Features
• Video Tour - a link to your property video tour
1. After all the info are supplied click the Submit button.
2. Your property is added to the list of submitted listings

>the control panel - Edit Listings

• To check you listing click on the Edit Listings icon.

• Your list of submitted listings. Click on the picture or the listing title to edit a listing.

1. Make the specific featured - It will appear on the first page of the site
2. The edit listings control panel
• Bulk Photos Upload - to upload more pictures at once
• Photo Gallery (the number represents the number of pictures for the current listing. In this case it is 0 because there are no pictures in the gallery. The main image exists and appears in the search results.
• Add Listings (leave the current edit listing and jump to directly new listing addition)
• Edit Listings (jump to edit listing section to choose another listing to edit)
• Control Panel (go to the first page of the Control panel)
- All the data are listed in continuation of the above picture and can be easily changed/modified

>Bulk Photo Upload

• Add your listing faster by using the bulk photo upload function!
  - When clicking on the Bulk Photo Upload, the above form appears. By using this form, you can upload up to 10 images at once. If you have more than 10 images - just repeat the same process again.
